About me...
Hi, I'm Zoe, I'm an autistic mother, a wife, a baker, a creator, a research scientist and full spectrum doula offering care across the North East, Tees Valley & North Yorkshire
Birthing two children of my own - with each experience being very different and hard and magical in their own way - has shown me the power and transformation that occurs as you navigate pregnancy & birth and transition into motherhood. I want to be the person that can walk alongside you through this time - to hold your hand, cheerlead you, support you at antenatal appointments or whatever else you may need. Meeting you where you are at, always, to help you have the experience you want, that feels good for you
My philosophy is grounded in the belief that every birthing person deserves a supportive, empowering, and personalised experience. As a doula, my role is to provide not only physical support but also emotional and informational support tailored to your unique needs and preferences.
You know your body and your baby best, I am just here to remind you of that.
The Full Spectrum Package
My full care package is £1400 or 10 monthly payments of £140 - this can be broken down further if needed and I am always open to tailouring my care to better serve your needs
This includes:
⭐Four antenatal care sessions with me - we can cover antenatal education, infant feeding support, birth biomechanics guidance and so much more. I also offer listening & advocacy support - whatever you need to feel supported, confident & empowered.
⭐Rebozo hire from our first antenatal session to after birth - with support around how to use it to help in pregnancy, birth & postpartum
⭐Phone support from booking until 40 days postpartum
⭐On call for your birth from 38 weeks pregnant. I will attend your birth from whenever you need me, wherever you need me. Supporting you and your birth team until baby is born.
⭐Four postnatal care sessions with me. This time can be used for a variety of things, including a Closing the Bones ceremony, a birth debrief, light housework, cooking, whatever you and your family need at this time.
You also get access to my birth pool, my TENS machine, my peanut ball and other comfort measures for birth, plus free sling hire for the first 40 days postpartum as well as access to a library of books and resources.
