No woman should have to navigate pregnancy, postpartum or her health alone.

Our work exists because too many women are dismissed, unsupported or left to cope alone at some of the most vulnerable points in their lives.
We are building something different.
A space where women are listened to, believed and properly supported.
We are proudly supported by the National Lottery Community Fund.

What We Do
%20(1).jpg)
Women deserve care that is compassionate, informed and centred around their real lives.
We provide support at every stage of a woman’s journey, including pregnancy, postpartum recovery and wider health transitions.
The Women's Health Hub

The Women’s Health Hub in Hartlepool sits at the heart of our community work.
It is a free, peer-led space created with and for local women. A place where women can gather, talk openly about their health and find support without judgement.
At the Hub, women can:
• access peer support groups
• connect with others who understand their experiences
• learn about their bodies and health
• take part in creative and wellbeing activities
• find pathways into wider support services
Many women arrive feeling isolated or unheard.
They leave with community, confidence and connection.
